Right Fit Rescue was founded
Right Fit Rescue was founded in the spring of 2022 with the mission to help animals in need, advocate for their well-being, and educate the community about animal overpopulation.
Since our founding, we have rescued over 250 dogs, including many saved from shelters and others rescued from unsafe or overpopulated situations. We have also assisted in three significant overpopulation cases where multiple animals were breeding on properties.
In 2024, we expanded our efforts to include cats, launching a trap-neuter-return (TNR) program. In just six months, we have worked with eight colonies, helping over 90 kitties, with 60 of them already finding homes.
Every animal we rescue is sterilized.
Every animal we rescue is sterilized. In 2024, we sterilized over 100 cats and 55 dogs. Beyond rescuing and sterilizing animals, we also do all we can to connect the community with resources for spaying and neutering and to address overpopulation challenges.

Since our founding in 2022, we have been proud to help re-home many stray animals. We also provide support to several different rescues as well as education to our local community . we assist with T.N.R(trap neuter release) and we also assist with spay/neuter support.
